“房間寬敞舒適，稍為不足的是湖景被遮擋。 旅館員工的英語不算流利，但態度很親切和友善。 早餐及晚餐非常豐富，看得出很用心準備，不過晚餐實在吃得太飽，如能減少碟數更佳。 雖然房間有獨立浴室，但我還是喜歡去公共溫泉浴池，冬天去的話，沒有太多人，令人很放鬆。”

“予約する際の紹介ページはツインベッドだったが、当日平野に入ったらベッドではなく布団でした。畳の上の布団だと身体に合わないのでほとんど眠れず寝不足になって帰りました。ベッドでなければ宿泊予約しなかったので返金して欲しい。”
