“The person did not want the woman and her son into the room I booked for her. I phoned the manager after 9 pm as I only heard about the issue after 9. He said the office was closed and he can not open for her then.
The woman had to sleep in her car. Too late to get another place. So we never used the room and I would like a refund.

“We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the size and amenities included with two ensuite bathrooms. Its spacious, a short walk to the heart of Mandurah & you have your own single garage space.
Downside is that reception is at another location to pick up keys & if you have heavy bags you need to lift them up 1-2 flight of stairs (it is two storey). If you cannot walk up the stairs, don't stay here. The swimming pool is freezing in winter even though it says its heated!
