“I stayed at KOA Townhouse during my last trip to Niseko, and it was an amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car....

I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

“We had the best stay! All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We were very sad to leave this place – the loveliest hosts in one of the most beautiful places. Magi made us feel at home and was great with translating, Ryu helped us plan our days and gave great local attraction suggestions, Ichiro was flexible with our schedule, and Natsuki was the best driver and and made our transit enjoyable. “It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous...

“The hotel is more than nice for the price, you get more, I think is more designed for local nationals that arrive in their cars, you can rent but if you dont split the car rental fare between several people then it would be the same to stay at a ski in ski out, the hotel have shuttles to the mountain, but you have to know their location and pick up spots. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet.
