“We had the Deluxe king room. It was very spacious, that was the best part. It was big. The jacuzzi tub faucets didn’t work, took over half hour to fill tub 1-4 way … and after that length of time we had to shut it off because there was no more hot water .. the shower head faucet didn’t wok either . It was a weekend, it was understandably busy. Unfortunately even though we requested a quiet room at the back of the second floor .. it was still very loud. Woke up all hours of the night to...

“Main lobby is stunning, rooms not so much. We had a 2 room suite. Walked into our room, both heaters were cranked to 30°! We contacted front desk, but they just instructed us to turn the heaters down. No air conditioning (April so we didn’t need it). However both windows wide open all night and the room finally cooled to 20° by 11pm. Property location is good and easy to navigate. Be prepared for walking as the property is quite large or request a close room if needed for health reasons.”
