Molti accessori completano l'arredamento per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Bagno più spazioso della media. La bella vista dalla camera ai piani alti è un plus. In generale, uno dei migliori alberghi che mi sono capitati in Giappone per questa fascia di prezzo sulla qualità della camera. Mi ricorderò la catena UNIZO per le prossime volte.”

“Ms Kubo from Housekeeping does an excellent job. We left her some chocolates to thank her for taking care of our room. She in return, left us a box of beautiful bath roses from the Sheraton. This gift of thoughtfulness made our stay at the Sheraton most memorable as her kindness was a happy surprise. We will always think fondly of the Sheraton Yokohama Bay. The front desk staff and concierge were also very helpful and efficient when we departed from the hotel. ”
