“Staff person was friendly and very helpful. Burned out light at bedside, so only 1 overhead light. Friendly staff loaned us her office lamp. Room was dark and gloomy. Extremely cold in room. Turned on baseboard heater but slept with extra heavy clothing all night. No cover on comforter. Kettle was fire hazard - plastic melted underneath showing exposed wires. Guests are asked to dispose of their own garbage when leaving. Great price but would not recommend.”

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“It was my first time to stay at a motel for two nights and I didn’t expect a five star hotel. I do not think there was a good insulation between the walls so that we could hear a dog next door barking like he was right there. People’s conversation and TV were clearly heard too. We did not have people with their dog next door on our second night and it was quiet. I found toiletries were short for a couple. ”

“This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. ”
