“Our first vacation with our baby and its not quite premium season: We apparently arrived at a party hotel for drinkers, smokers, and loud music till 1 am. No repercussions. In our room, our fire alarm went off at 4am and again at 6am waking us and our baby up. They did nothing for us. My husband had to rip it down himself so we could get any sleep. The inside cleaning staff was good but the outside cleaning staff were more on their phones than cleaning cobwebs off the bbqs, seating, etc. The...

“The air conditioner is tooooooo noisy, and no remote controller can turn it off. I can only stand on the chair to turn it lower, but still too noisy.”

“We paid for 2 breakfasts and we couldn’t even toast the bread. They said they would refund us and they haven’t.”

“Our stay was brief as it was a 1 night stopover on a road trip. We arrived after supper time, but check in was amazing. I don't recall his name but he was friendly and accommodating to all our requests. The room was renovated and very clean. We had no complaints with our stay and would stay again next time we are in the area.”

“The place was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The bathrooms were huge, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the view from the villa was absolutely exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back soon!”
