- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed 160cmx200cm (accessible from the outside)
- on the first floor: 1 bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds (90cmx190cm) + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cmx190cm) that can be combined into a double bed (mattress protector and duvet are available)
> Two shower rooms:
- on the first floor: a shower room with sink (with hairdryer) + separate toilet
- upstairs: a shower room with sink, shower and toilet (+ hairdryer)

> kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster + Nespresso coffee machine,
> pantry with washing machine + dryer

Enclosed garden of 320m² equipped with a table for 8 people with cantilever parasol + garden furniture and deckchair.
Garage (can store 8 bicycles)

July and August: minimum weekly rental (Sunday to Sunday) or 4 nights minimum depending on availability
April, May, June, September and October, excluding school holidays: 3 nights minimum
