At 4:30pm the day of check-in I had not received a code to get into the property. I texted the host, Crystal. She texted back that she didn't have my reservation. I sent her the confirmation emails. “This was the second time our family had stayed at one of Ty & Olivia’s places. Again the house was super-clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. As a big bonus, the homes put us within walking distance of Nokomis Beach. We will be back next Winter!”

“Beautiful, comfortable, and location location, location!! So many amenities, way more then expected, they really have thought of everything to make this an incredible stay. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Shower head was amazing we need to update ours at home now lol! Small patio was perfect for bbq and sitting outside. All dishes/pans etc were organized updated and clean. Neighbor locals were t very friendly. Will definitely book again!! ”

“This is a very nice spot and so convenient to so many things. FYI, we could not get the TV in the living room to work. May need to be checked. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that a very large family took over the pool for the whole weekend so it was not really open or welcoming to anyone else. Great group place.”
