Hotel vicino a Noland Hospital - Montgomery

“Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still...

“Parking isnt the best. They do have a lower level parking deck but it looks a bit creepy, but it works. I wish my room had a microwave or fridge. I did book this hotel last minute and there wasnt many options to choose from at the moment.”

“Staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient. The hotel is located near the places we wanted to visit and we were delighted that it was so easy. The breakfast which was included with our room was delicious and against staff was friendly and very helpful.”

“Extremely filthy, very run down, staff is almost nonexistent and useless. The property is shady and dangerous. There are homeless, drug activities, and other suspicious activity in and around the hotel. I decided to leave early. My safety was more important than saving money. Expedia should be ashamed to list this hotel. ”

“The original room I was given was dirty, I was moved to another room that was 3%better but had dead bugs on the wall. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom ( tub or toilet) just changed towels and they weren’t clean. Staff was nice but the location is not clean. Also, the motel next door is horrible; noise, police was called, sounded like they were shooting. I was very disappointed. I called Expedia and tried to cancel because I purchased the insurance, that was also a joke. I will not utilize...

“The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL. ”
