“Room was clean but carpets would need to be changed. Rear door did not lock with key card. Had to use the front door and make sure the deadbolt was locked on the rear door. Mentioned to staff. They knew about the problem but weren’t able to fix it.”

“When we checked in we were notified that the power would be out the next day from 8 am to 6 pm.
