“Room was clean but carpets would need to be changed. Rear door did not lock with key card. Had to use the front door and make sure the deadbolt was locked on the rear door. Mentioned to staff. They knew about the problem but weren’t able to fix it.”

“We did not use any services. The booking on line led to many problems . I thought the sight offered a King bed or two Queens. I Chose the King bed but denied the offer of two Queen beds. The original room was about a 5 min. Walk to the end of the second floor. I phoned and complained and they very kindly gave us a similar room closer to the elevator. “The staff was great! They have been very accommodating about me having my 81-year-old dad over for visits. He uses a walker, and we were given a level-entry room with a great view of the ocean! I've been coming back to this place for a year now. They have a BBQ for the guests!”

“When we checked in we were notified that the power would be out the next day from 8 am to 6 pm. As a reminder, that we should have known, although no indication of this on the website or any other booking site. "So will breakfast be at 7:00?" I ask. "No there is no breakfast" he says.
