“the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

“Breakfast was good a few choices. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, quiet. The reason for 3 stars I got down graded a my room. I reserved a junior king suite got a regular king room. No discount, or anything to make it better. Will not stay here again”

“We were not given enough towels for 2 adults and the conditioner in the shower was out. we asked for more towels and conditioner and they only brought the conditioner and never came back with the towels and when we left 45 minutes later all of the staff was eating in the lobby. The staff wasn’t friendly and overall wasn’t happy with the stay.”
