“Excellent customer service! Ka’Shawn was so helpful and kind! Very comfortable beds, linens were nice. The AC fan would not turn off, but we just turned it off, got very chilly! Nice lobby, and the pool was pretty standard. Very happy with the stay! ”

“Everything was nice except the pool. It looked nasty. Water had a lot of hair floating in it. I figured the pool would’ve been cleaned daily due to the amount of people that were swimming. ”

“We had 3 rooms, 414 had no microwave, couldnt take a bath because it was stuck on shower, the bottom of tub was rough from patch work.room 415 pillows smelt like smoke and ac smelt like dirty feet and room 405 the ac was very loud. Breakfast was not ready and fully put out til a little after 6 and we had to leave by 630 to be at an appoint so not all of us had time to eat. And all though the pool was not open yet it was disgusting to look at how dirty it was, it should have been covered. I feel...

“Parking was easy. The Presidential Suite was Amazing, but there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the Lobby and hallway, and the Presidential Suite was right by the entrance of smokers, so not the most favorable. However, the room was phenomenal. ”
