Motel a Nord ovest Oklahoma City

“Nasty. Not a single towel, wash cloth, or complimentary soap, tissue, cable broke, had to call maintenance. BED BUGS!! I woke up with several bug bites. No refund. Was told “owner will be here Monday, she will call you” Not a single word. Accidentally scheduled the wrong date, no refund. Will not be staying at any of these disgusting, bed ridden motel again. Will not recommend to anyone. I payed for a room I did not stay in, no refund or credit for another day. Absolutely the worst management....

“Unfortunately did not have the best experience. I understand you get what you paid for but at a bare minimum I would expect the essentials to be done. Bed sheets were covered in stains, bathroom tub was chipped and had black spots everywhere. Toilet paper was empty, spare toilet paper roll looked liked someone peed on it (yellow stains). Leather couch was cracked and peeling. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times to get staff to come to front desk to get keys. Not ideal for a place to sleep. ”
