“We had a mishap with both of our rooms. The woman at the front desk helped resolve those in a quick and easy manner. One of them was completely our fault that she was very kind to help us out with it. I was impressed with the quality of customer service.”

“The property was great. Pet friendly even. Only problem was with Expedia confirming my reservation and itenerary which turned out to be false. I did not have a reservation booked with the hotel like Expedia lead me to believe. I do not think th3re were any rooms available at the time I reserved through Expedia which such false reservation was confirmed by Expedia. Sooooo I'm sooo disappointed in Expedia's lack of knowledge of the real situation. So I slept in my pickup instead. ”
