  • La struttura avrà una piscina esterna dal 1 marzo 2016.
    La Casa di Bellavista si trova sulla costa nord-est dell'isola di São Miguel nelle Azzorre.
    Lontano dal trambusto possedere grandi città, l'ambiente di pace e tranquillità vi invita al riposo e la lettura. Godetevi una pausa rilassante, ascoltando i suoni della natura e avere il piacere di svegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccelli morbido.
    Nella casa, gli ampi spazi esterni offrono un paesaggio unico di mare e montagna, dove il verde della terra si unisce al blu puro del cielo e del mare.
    Dell'isola, è il più sontuoso attrazioni della zona, cime, cascate e sentieri escursionistici. Si può salire il bastone vetta con i suoi 1105 metri di altitudine, visitare la sega Tronqueira o conoscere l'habitat naturale delle specie di uccelli più minacciate e più raro in Europa - il Priolo. Gli amanti del mare possono fare il bagno nelle fresche acque della spiaggia di "Lombo Gordo" o la piscina della foce del fiume, stabilimento balneare situato a 4 km da questo sito. Il mare è calmo e l'acqua è pura e cristallina.

Our family loved this beautiful home. We were pleased with the quiet setting, pool and hot tub. Our hosts were very helpful and checked in with us several times to make certain everything was okay.

great country living

situated in a nice, quiet little town, great place to relax after days of visiting the island.enjoyed the hot tub! house was confortable and very spacious. we were three couples and had lots or room.

Quiet and Scenic

We had an absolutely delightful stay! The spacious deck offered breathtaking views of both the fields and the ocean, creating a serene atmosphere. Returning to this property after a day of exploration was a joy, and the host's responsiveness and helpful tips on island activities, sights, and dining added immense value to our experience. We genuinely loved our time here.

Small Steps

Stylish home , clean and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We enjoyed the location and the stay. Pool was enjoyable. Only thing that could have made it better would be better provisioning of kitchen, cookware, basic spices, laundry and D/W detergent.

Wonderful House in an amazing sirrounding, incredible view

Our stay was much too short (4 Nights), we all would have loved to stay longer, enjoying the house, the garden, the scenery ! Perfect communication with our super-nice Hosts Marcília and Mario, who welcomed us with Break, wine, lemonade etc. - Thank you again! Perfect place to relax and feel the soul of the island ❤️

Fantastic property

We spent 5 nights here with friends and family. The location is out of the way, which we expected, very quiet, but close enough to groceries, etc. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the herd of cows that were on the adjacent property for most of our stay. The supplies were adequate and basic. We appreciated the welcome basket with coffee/filters, tea, local bread, jam, etc. There were very basic kitchen supplies- salt, pepper, sugar. This is similar to other European VRBOs we have stayed in. We would have appreciated a basic welcome document, as is common with VRBOs but figured out how everything worked anyways. Communication with property manager was quick and she provided us with some suggestions for local attractions. We would stay here again.

The house is very nice, quiet. We fortunately to have good weather to be able to use the pool and have a down day to get over jet lag. My only complaints are, the barking dogs on the adjacent properties, and there is also not a lot of restaurants in the area. There is a a very small store that had enough for us to cook at the house. The master suite shower has a few problems with leaking all over the floor. But the view at the property is beautiful and very peaceful. The host was very nice and gave us a lot of information about things to do in the area. If we were to come back to the island, we would probably stay again.

Fantastic place. The house was spotless and well cared for. The rural view and sunrise was amazing and location was good. Our GPS coordinates still landed us on the wrong road. There is a sign on the main road by the house with the yellow trim that takes you on the back lane to the house - easy to find with that.

This house is as nice as the pictures look. View from patio and pool/spa toward the Atlantic is amazing. Nice to have cows and donkey in the pastures next door. The house is clean and well appointed. Host communicated perfectly and made our stay simple. Staying in nordeste gave us access to great running/hiking trails. This is a unique and special home.

schönes Haus in guter Lage um von dort aus Ausflüge zu machen. Eine tolle Rundwanderung zum Freibad und zurück kann man auch vom Haus aus starten.

your own private paradise

Words cant describe the views and scenery when you are lying on the sun terrace or from the balcony or when in the stunning infinity pool. It is utterly peaceful apart from birdsong but not isolated as Nordeste is a 10 min drive away and there is a grocery store 2 mins away. Also very quick access to the main road which links all the main tourist spots. Our personal favourite was Ribeira das Caldeiros and Sete Cidades but the view points along the north East coast are also spectacular. We feel the house is in one of the nicest locations on the island and seemed to be in sunshine more than inland spots. We really enjoyed driving through all the wee villages which are not mentioned in the tourist brouchures and loved all the flowers and the greenery along the roadsides. We had some lovely meals in the Lince hotel restaurant Clerigos and some more basic but equally enjoyable meals in Esplanade in Nordeste. The house itself was extremely clean, all mod cons with constant hot water and plenty of channels on the tv. There re fly screens on all the windows so you can keep the windows open and enjoy a breeze in the house. Access is via a dirt track (about 100m) but it is fine to drive and means you have no traffic going past the house which is a huge bonus! The owner was friendly and helpful with her communication. This was our first visit to the Azores and we have rather fallen in love with the place. My husband is a keen photographer and he has taken many beautiful pictures. We hope to return and can recommend the house without hesitation. Thank you for letting us stay.xx

Lovely Island, friendly natives, as yet unspoiled by mass tourists. Good edge of village location with easy walk to shops and bars short drive to beach. Vast and very comfortable villa. Highly recommended.

Amazing property and host family

Mario and Marcilia were amazing hosts she waited for us at the airport with the house key , helped us with the rental car . Called and checked on us daily to see if we are ok or need anything , helped us with restaurants and things to do and see on the island . Will defenetely stay there again and will visit again :-) . Thank you so much for making our vacation a memorable one . Hope to see you soon :-)

Updated home with all the amenities in a beautiful location off the beaten path

If you're looking for modern conveniences in a peaceful, quiet setting with amazing views, then look no further. Mario and Marcilia are terrific hosts and have turned an old rustic, traditional Azorean house into a modern home that beautifully incorporates the old with the new. You can see the ocean, meadows, mountains, and village of Lomba Da Fazenda while sitting in a chair on the balcony. There is easy access by car to the house and the main road that circles the island. A nearby grocery store makes it convenient to pick up items as needed. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cool for us to swim but it's a nice pool. We felt very safe at the house and in the area. The house is clean and it was nice having a washing machine so we didn't have to bring large pieces of luggage. We spent the mornings and most of the day visiting different parts of the island and our evenings at the house. We enjoyed being able to use the grill and induction stove to cook dinners. Internet service was really good so we could check in if we felt like it. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the main living space which wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. Two or three couples could rent the house together and find space for privacy if/when needed. The house has a lovely fireplace in the living room. There are cows and horses in the meadows surrounding the house but most of the land is used for producing hay so it was quiet. If you haven't visited Sao Miguel, you will be surprised by how much there is to see even though it's a small island.
