“Had a few questions that didn’t get addressed u til an text at 330 am”

“This is a great location and area. Cute place, but we had a few issues. The listing did not list a refrigerator, but the picture showed one. I inquired for confirmation and never heard back except for very general answers and not to my question. The lock is super confusing. You are given 2 different codes (you only need 1) and it took multiple times to get the door open on several occasions. THe QR code above the door to show you how to use the lock doesn’t go anywhere. “Incredible place. Stone’s throw from the ocean, with a beautiful beach to walk forever. Saw gray whales which was incredible. House is great, with beautiful views from bedroom of ocean and the lights of Victoria in the distance. Hot tub perfect. Loved watching the fighter jets take off and land. If you want to get away and really disconnect, this is the spot. ”

“The host was really helpful. Once we got in the house it was cold but it got warm once we start heaters and the fireplace. The manager also dropped off duraflame logs. Because of severe weather the internet service was down. But it was fixed on the second day. The host even did refund for that. She checked us several times to see that we were okay.We also forgot a book at home she helped us to pick that up.It was a nice house though. I appreciate her help.”
