Appartamenti a Nordovest del Colorado

“The place is in a good location and around everything. The owner was very rude to us upon arrival due to parking in the improper area. Mind you, we had just pulled up and were unloading, but instead of being asked nicely to relocate, we were very rudely told to move. Be careful on using any towels, hot tub, etc. There are a million rules you are supposed to follow and cameras viewing the hot tub property. We got the vibe that the owner is looking for reasons to charge you extra instead of hoping...

“We loved our stay here! The rental was very clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Great neighborhood. Lots of places to eat nearby on Tennyson Street.”

“Had a wonderful stay at “The Flock House”. The location was so convenient to Sloans Lake and local restaurants and shops. So clean and very comfortable. By far one of the best VRBO stays we had!”

“Love staying here.”

“Nice place”

“Excellent, and accommodating.”

“The apartment was small but comfortable. Pretty exact to the description provided. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to rest well. Host was nice and communicated parking needs. Overall great stay.”

“This place is a motel in a neighborhood that can hear police chasing sirens couple times during the night. Strong smell of weed outside of building. floor is sticky, pillow is yellowish.”

“Loved chilling by the pool!”

“Very clean and quiet.”

“This place was the real deal. Everything that was listed or pictured exceeded expectations a true getaway. Our host was truly amazing immediate responses to any questions we had and gave us all the space you would want from a host. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We'll definitely book with this hosts properties in the future. Much appreciated. Thank you, Kendra”

“The location was terrific for walking to great parks, the Botanical Gardens, Cherry Creek shopping and dining. The host was quick to answer our questions. In any other season, it would have been a better choice for me. My big mistake was, as a southern girl used to air conditioning, failing to notice that the unit did not have A/C. The temps were over 100 degrees while we were in Denver and it would have been much more tolerable to have had a at least a couple of nice sized box fan for both...

“Great condo! Great location. Friendly communication. ”

“What a delightfully unique quiet treasure . Walkable to many local coffee shops, restaurants & sites we were able to find new things every day. The property is lovely and the reservation & follow through during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to go back.”

“Great place close to everything!”

“As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...
