THE SPACE
Settle into this large 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, perfect for spreading out and relaxing. The property features two distinct living areas: a main living room with a large sectional for movie nights and a cozy front living room with a gas heater for quiet moments.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender, with all necessary cookware provided. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining room.

Bed & Bath Configuration:

Master Suite: A comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a large desk for a dedicated workspace, ample storage, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: A twin bed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Bedroom 3: A full-size bed with a built-in bookshelf and direct access to the kitchen.
Bedroom 4 (Loft): A private upstairs loft with a queen bed and an attached half-bathroom.
Outdoor & Extras:

Private, fully fenced backyard where pets can safely roam.
Covered porch and a large gazebo for outdoor relaxation.
A bonus room houses beach and fishing gear for your use.
The garage is available for extra storage.
1. Keep it smoke-free ($500 fee for each violation).
2. Only 1 (one) dog authorized during stay for a fee.
3. Wash and put away used dishes.
4. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
5. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
7. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
8. Max three guests per bedroom.
9. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level.
