Residential Bungalow (2-Bedroom Home) - Pets Allowed by RedAwning

Welcome to our cozy 2 Bedroom Residential Bungalow.



This home is situated in a very private and quiet neighborhood.



We are less than a mile from the Chesapeake Bay Beaches.



Yes we are pet friendly with a fully fenced in back yard. We offer 2 Queen

Beds and 1 Twin Bed. Parking is right outside the door in our off street

driveway. A smart 65" TV and High speed WiFi will allow for all your streaming

services.



Our dinging room sits 4 guests.



No Parties are allowed!



Our little 2 bedroom/1 bath bungalow has Central Heat/AC along with a fully

stocked kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay.



We have a sunroom to enjoy your coffee and watch the birds and to relax. A

large 65" Smart TV along with high speed WiFi for your streaming

entertainment. The dining room has a table and chairs for 4. We supply all

needed linens, an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels as well as

soaps and shampoos - just bring your toothbrush!



Yes we are pet friendly with hardwood floors - clean up is a breeze! We have a

charcoal grill for cooking your own great meals!



This home is conveniently located right in the heart of Norfolk - we are close

to interstates, the Chesapeake Bay beaches, the zoo, Old Dominion University,

the naval bases and more!



We have a fully enclosed backyard for your little ones to run and play. We

have allowed the backyard to grow bamboo as a way of crating a "private oasis"

in the city. It's our own little jungle!







** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - this unit is for family units ONLY! No Parties are

allowed or tolerated. We live next door to this unit and will immediately

cancel and evict anything resembling a party - No "Get Togethers" \- No

"Inviting a few friends" \- No "Cookouts" \- No "friends stopping by for a

visit" \- No "Wakes" \- No "Funerals" \- No "Birthday Parties"!!!!







All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and

security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.

VA beach vacation

As I appreciate the owners allowing us to stay at their home for the weekend, I was kind of taken back by the condition the home was kept. Our first night walking into the kitchen, there were dead roaches on the floor. The paint on the walls throughout the home was cracked and peeling off. While advertised that the backyard was a good place for children to play, the backyard wasn’t kept up for kids to enjoy it. The electrical box located outside on the house wasn’t covered so we were a bit concerned about the safety of that. Overall the stay was okay, definitely wasn’t what I was expecting.
