Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Norfolk - Virginia Beach

“The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the festival. They are more concerned about catering to their elite members. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hour which is 5pm because they allow their elite members a 4 pm checkout! While the lobby is really nice the room was mediocre and out dated. The AC never cooled off, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the water pressure in the shower only worked if the water was on super hot. For the cost this should have been a lot better...

“The staff were very kind and healthful. My room was beautiful and clean. I especially like the special touch of having a wash cloth especially for removing my makeup. I didn't need to use it but I thought it was very neat to have it. I didn't eat but my drink was very tasty.”

“Rug by bed was soaking wet. Housekeeping did not make bed or empty trash even tho they went in room. Rooms and lobby asthetically pleasing.”

“The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop.”
