Looks like a massively refurbished shed or garage, well appointed, and just right for a couple or OU parents looking for a convenient place to stay very close to the school. While it does sleep 4, I'd say the ideal booking is 1-2 people. Tony the Property Manager was in close communication throughout and provided a lot of great information. With our daughter likely in Norman at least...

We experienced issues with bugs and spiders being on the bed and sheets, the bedrooms got warm at night, and the house is not level so there are lots of step transitions between rooms and doorways that create tripping hazards throughout the house.
