“Pool is nice but area not too clean, seaters are worn. Location near the water very nice, balcony in the room with seeview pleasant. Room big enough but queen beds are not so confortable for two, barhroom quite small. Services are quite scarce (only one cleaning in 4 night after asking several times). Personnel at desk not over friendly but ok. In general good location for Miami Beach, ypu need the car to go anywhere but parking available and free”

Oltretutto il wifi ieri mattina non funzionava nemmeno. Per le pulizie stendiamo un velo pietoso, tazze e bicchieri usati e NON lavati, ho dovuto farlo io.”

“There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. L’ultima mattina alle 8.00 dopo aver sentito che qualcuno stava buttando giù la porta di ingresso urlando da dietro la porta, apro e mi trovo delle guardie armate che fanno ingresso nell’appartamento con violenza. “Struttura molto sporca, puzza di muffa, presenza di scarafaggi rossi nella stanza. Pessimo soggiorno. Sconsiglio vivamente l'alloggio presso questo " hotel" che, in fin dei conti, di hotel non ha assolutamente nulla. Abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la struttura a causa dell' odore sgradevole e la presenza di insetti che hanno reso il nostro pernottamento impossibile. VOTO 0”

“We liked the privacy and the short distance to the beach.Neighborhood seemed safe to walk at night that's a plus.The negative would be lack of cleaning in the room,such as a streak of poop running down the bathroom wall by the door.The carpet was stained the lamp had stains the couch smelled like a wet dog and the air-conditioning hasn't had the filter cleaned in who knows how long.There were signs of previous flooding that I believe is why the room smelled musty.A dehumidifier would alleviate...

“Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside.
