“Pool is nice but area not too clean, seaters are worn. Location near the water very nice, balcony in the room with seeview pleasant. Room big enough but queen beds are not so confortable for two, barhroom quite small. Services are quite scarce (only one cleaning in 4 night after asking several times). Personnel at desk not over friendly but ok. In general good location for Miami Beach, ypu need the car to go anywhere but parking available and free”

“Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. “Upon arrival, I immediately regretted booking this hotel. The area around the property was filled with people loitering, including individuals who appeared to be involved in drug activity and prostitution. I witnessed several disturbing scenes that would make anybody want to leave instantly. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed permanent. “Communication was fast from host. The place was excellent and clean! No issues at all!”

“The property is well located, but it doesn't look like the photos. The bathroom and kitchen are in fair condition; they need maintenance and sprucing up. They only provide two towels. Otherwise, it was acceptable. The bed was comfortable, and the TV is a smart TV.”

“Beautiful garden setting very quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Jorge was especially attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay there again.”

“the hotel is new but they have ridiculous hidden fees. they charged 35$ for soap and room towels! never heard of such a horrible service, even in cheap motels they give you soap and towels! HORRIBLE”
