“Zona di Miami con architettura particolare: molti motel anni 50/60 ma rimodernati. Stanza ampia, letto comodo, molti appoggi e bagno grande, con ampia doccia. Ottima posizione. Pulito. Consigliatissimo ”

“Expedia lo inserisce nel 4 stelle, hotel definito da loro 3 stelle, io ne darei due. Lontanissimo dalla città di Miami, nessun servizio pubblico, e la località non è alquanto sicura. Bisogna utilizzare solo Uber. Camere scadenti, abbiamo cambiato due camere poiché non funzionava il climatizzatore ( aria calda, poiché c’erano 15 gradi ). Sconsigliato ”

“Old and outdated, room is smell, bed is uncomfortable”

“The outside of the place is not bad, and the inside is clean. The room itself is very nice. However, the air conditioning did not stay cool throughout the day, and at night I could not sleep well because the room became too warm. Without cool air, my anxiety started to come back. The staffs are friendly.”

“Smoke alarm kept going off. We were asked to remove it. Maintenance came in and took it off. Outlets in wall kept coming off. Our room and bathroom were not well kept. Furniture was old and no chairs in our room to sit on only bed which was high. Would not recommend”

“Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2...

“The property is well located, but it doesn't look like the photos. The bathroom and kitchen are in fair condition; they need maintenance and sprucing up. They only provide two towels. Otherwise, it was acceptable. The bed was comfortable, and the TV is a smart TV.”

“This property was extremely misleading and did not match the listing or photos advertised on Hotels.com. The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. The condition of the apartment was also very disappointing. The shower door would not stay closed while showering and continuously slid...

“This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.”
