“If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had. I had to change rooms because the air conditioner in my original room was dirty, extremely noisy, and caused my sinuses to flare up, making me feel unwell. “This property was extremely misleading and did not match the listing or photos advertised on Hotels.com. The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. “This is a gorgeous little boutique hotel. The room and all facilities are beautifully presented, clean and well-maintained. The pool area is very cute and the breakfast is a bonus (although I would’ve loved some fruit to be available). The staff were all very friendly and made me feel right at home.”
