"Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. "
