Upstairs, the main living space opens out through bifold doors to a large elevated deck - the heart of the home. It’s the perfect place for long lunches, BBQ dinners, and slow afternoons watching the light shift across the reserve, pool, and surrounding landscape. In the cooler months, the wood fireplace adds a beautiful sense of warmth - perfect for cosy evenings indoors after a day by the beach.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
