Tucked in behind the sand dunes and just moments from the pool and beach access, this villa offers the best of South Shores — close to everything, yet calm enough to truly switch off.

Designed for relaxed coastal living, Villa 39 places its main living upstairs to capture the light, space, and dune-side outlook.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flows seamlessly through large bifold doors onto an expansive deck overlooking the dunes. With high ceilings and a sense of openness throughout, this space is made for entertaining — long lunches, BBQ dinners, and slow evenings with a glass of wine as the sun drops behind the landscape.

Downstairs, the bedrooms offer a quiet and comfortable retreat.

The master suite opens directly onto a private deck facing the dunes — a peaceful, sheltered spot to start the day. It also includes a walk-in ensuite and TV for those lazy mornings in bed or cozy evening movies.

Bedrooms two and three are both generously sized with queen beds and share a central bathroom, making the layout ideal for couples or families travelling together.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
