Stylishly refreshed and thoughtfully designed for families, it sleeps up to eight with a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of bunks, and a games room - perfect for relaxed coastal holidays together.

Villa 60 is all about space to slow down. Light-filled, open, and effortlessly connected, it’s a villa that invites you to move between indoors and out without ever feeling the need to rush.

The heart of the home is its generous living and dining spaces, where large sliding doors blur the line between inside and outside. Gather around the oversized dining table for long meals, settle into the indoor lounge with a coffee, or drift out to the outdoor living area as the afternoon rolls in.

Downstairs, the garage has been transformed into a dedicated games room that brings everyone together. With two comfortable lounges, table tennis, foosball, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s the perfect spot for family tournaments, rainy-day fun, or giving the kids their own space while the adults relax upstairs.

The bedrooms have been designed as peaceful retreats, giving everyone their own place to unwind after a day at the beach or by the pool. Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
