“I ordered a steak from the restaurant on a (slow) Mon. evening. It was cooked to perfection, the service at the bar was very personal and attentive and the beer was super cold. My companion had a mixed drink and it was on point. The value is here. It's a Hilton hotel.”

“I ask for an upstairs quiet room because I am a light sleeper. The girl at the front desk put me in 341 which turned out to be right next to a busy freeway interchange and a six flags amusement park. It was so loud all night I hardly slept. Not sure if she thought it was a joke or just didn’t know the lay out of the hotel. Either way it was unacceptable and I was very annoyed. ”
