“The staff was very helpful and made sure we got the roll in shower for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The room was very roomy and he could easily get around.”

“This was a great stay, overall. I traveled with three kids, 8-14 and they loved the room. We booked a one bedroom suite and the door between the beds and the living area was very appreciated and served us well. Unfortunately, the pool is being renovated and moved outdoors, so we couldn’t take advantage of it, which would’ve helped with the kids, but overall, the property is clean, and amenities like the mini fridge are appreciated. There is a microwave on the first floor, but not in the rooms....

“The location was excellent! However, hot water didn’t work for a day. Our room was not cleaned during the stay, and clean towels were only available per request.”

“I traveled with my two dogs. I requested a room that was close to the exit door to take them potty and they accommodated us. Only thing i would recommend was the fixing of the door, the hardware was about to come off and it made it had to close or open the door at times. Other than that the room was great for what it was needed.”

“I was looking for a nice place for our family to spend the night after a late stay in Arlington that met our expectations and price. We loved how helpful the attendant was and how clean and modern the lobby looked. Our room was clean and modern our beds were so comfy and the trundle bed I slept on was shockingly very comfortable. Loved our stay and will be staying here again.”

“The hotel was clean and it’s on a quiet street but I was disturbed by someone at the hotel screaming for help one day. Next the laundry and trash cart is very loud they go up and down all day and night with this awful loud cart. When I asked for cleaner for the tub after being there almost a week they looked at me like I was crazy they were very rude. The woman manager mainly but the other employees act like they are scared of her. She drives a Benz truck and acted like I was beneath her every...

“The first day on Saturday they didn’t not have breakfast ready. Coffee was cold, my room restroom was not flushing.”

“Room was very dirty, outside stair well looked like they had homeless sleeping outside it had a pillow and blanket outside the door. The floor on the above floors in place felt like it was going to fall in. The elevator sounded like it was grinding gears. The staff at check had a terrible attitude and was very rude almost hateful. The staff at check was very kind and helpful.”

“Clean room, plenty of towels, clean bathroom, decent breakfast. Liked that they had a small pancake machine to make your own. Staff would not hold luggage past 12:00 noon. Only hotel where I have heard that. Every other place they do. Front desk suggested leaving luggage in vehicle and there were signs in parking garage NOT to leave valuables in car.”

“Nothing spectacular, location was nice. We when to Six Flags. It was right around the corner. The rooms were missing somewhere to sit other than the bed or one chair. We received the key card to an occupied room, but they straightened it out very quickly.”
