  • Discover the beauty of North Augusta from this 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests find one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. The house features three bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating throughout the space. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this terrific home offers a welcoming retreat. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

    This home is less than a mile from the Rec center and previously voted USA's best Minor League Baseball Stadium at SRP Park, with many highly rated restaurants and chophouses nearby.

    The house features a basketball court that converts easily to a pickleball court, a private pool, a large indoor and outdoor entertainment area, and endless opportunities for family fun with a variety of games at your disposal!

    This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features a large deck overlooking a private pool. The outdoor space is spacious enough for a pickleball court and has a cozy fire pit with precut wood. Entertain friends with a pool table and bar in a spacious sunroom. A golf cart is included with the home, and SRP Park/Hammonds Fry is only 1.2 miles away. Broad St, with its active nightlife, is a 6-minute (2.2-mile) Uber ride away. ANGC and multiple public golf courses are only 5.5 miles away!

    The property is a 3 BR, 2.5 Bath, sleeps 6 comfortably, but allows 2 more on a queen-size air mattress.

    Enjoy time by the pool on lounging chairs or in the pool with various floats.

    Many games and activities are available on the property, such as: pickleball (net and line markers are provided), corn hole boards, and other interactive games to help your friends and family enjoy the day.

    Spend the evening on the deck enjoying dinner and a sunset, or enjoy an evening swim followed by a fire and s’mores.

    Walmart, Publix, Kroger, & Aldi are within 2 miles of the house. Costco, TopGolf, and Bass Pro Shop are only 3.3 miles away.

    The golf cart is available for use, only in the North Augusta area, avoiding major streets and obeying all traffic laws. Please inquire if you plan to use the golf cart.

    Keypad entry on the front and back doors for convenient access, with automatic locks for easy exit.
