This is a very nice and clean hotel! My sister and I felt completely safe here, and that meant a lot for two women traveling alone. All staff that we came in contact with were kind. It’s in close proximity to many things, though our reason for being there was to spend time with our cousin in the hospital. There is no pool or hot tub, and though that would be a turnoff for some people, we were okay with it because we wouldn’t have had time for it anyway. We would definitely stay there again!!

I had never heard of My Place Hotels and was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the property. Nothing like bargain hotels like Comfort Inn or any other low-priced options. The room offered a full fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave, the bathroom was wonderful, and the room was clean as a whistle. I will definitely look for this chain on all my travels. A

A very pleasant stay. Staff is nice, and willing to help with any questions you may have. Beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was spot on.

Extended my stay for recovery of my surgery. Quiet and all were friendly staff. I highly recommend My Place North Aurora.

Long stay at a hotel
I enjoyed my stay during my recovery from total knee surgery. Very roomy to perform my physical therapy exercises. They also except pets so we were able to bring our small dog.i would recommend My Place north Aurora.

Nice stay
This hotel was amazing for the price, the room setup was cozy and home-like. Would definitely recommend, especially if you like cooking your own food instead of takeout. Also the lady at the front desk that helped me checking in was super sweet.

Very clean, neat, easy access, convenient check in with a nice conversational kid named Jake/Jack. You can't ask for a nicer place to stay, I wish I was here on business for a week to take advantage of the kitchen, with a full size refrigerator!! A great stay!!

The room was very nice with a mini kitchen/coffee maker & microwave. All the convenience of home. Very clean and really enjoyed the stay for the ight I was there. I would stay there again if I'm up that way.

We were traveling with a Dog and found this hotel as an option as out Dog will eventually be very big. This was a great place and will definitely want to stay again sometime.

If you’re traveling for business and want to be miss treated by a General Manager based on their own prejudices and bias then this is the perfect place for you to lay your head. The General Manager needs to learn a thing or two about how to treat guest of all ethnic backgrounds and gender identity from his very own staff. We have traveled this great country and this is the very first time we have been treated in such a despicable bias manner which truly saddens us. My advice stay far away from this franchise location.

This hotel is a little out of the way but offers very reasonable rates. Hotel staff were friendly. Walking distance to a small pizzeria and an upscale restaurant with bar. The only drawback for me as a solo traveler was that the only in-room coffee option was to make an entire pot which I felt was wasteful. I was able to get a cup of coffee in the lobby though.

Mostly like everything, but in-room lighting could have more options of control. Main light switch by door turns on all 3 ceiling lights snd they’re very bright. Be nice if it turns on one light by door and you can control her lights separately. Bathroom light has only one mode. Also, why have a full kitchen, when no dishes, pans, or silverware is provided. Doesn’t make sense But hotel was very clean and staff was very pleasant.

Great place for travelers with dogs.
My criteria for hotels is that the windows open & that there's a tub. My Place has both, plus it's dog friendly. It's also very, very quiet, which means substantial, well-fitting doors.
