Hotel vicino a North Beach - Los Angeles

“Do not book at this location. Bed had a major dip in the center. Door was crooked and I could hear the outside noises (our room was also facing the free way) completely while the door was shut and we were inside. There was an extra tissue box in the bathroom that was attached to the shelf so there was some weird residue on the shelves beneath the sink in the bathroom. Oh AND it smelled like that old faint cigarette smell that is permanently stuck in the walls. This place is trash and WAY too...

“Great experience, staff was really nice and professional. The room was nice and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough. It’s not a new property but it’s well taken care of and close to water wise and things. Would stay again”

“No hot water and bathroom shower faucet dripped all night”

“Room is nice and clean. Didn't have many complaints, other than lack of reliable wifi, but this was a big complaint for me, because I had a 4 week stay for work. Front desk staff doesn't care much either, and the most they offered is having maintenance reset the router. I finally had to ask to move to a room that was not a wifi deadzone, rather than them suggesting it for me, and then the wifi STILL went out again for a couple of days in the new room. If wifi is advertised as an amenity, it...

“No room amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided. Parking and breakfast came with additional charges. I wouldn’t suggest staying here—it was a mistake booking this place.”

“Power was out since the day before I arrived. Carpet in the room was very dirty. Had bugs in the room.”

“Maybe the hotel is in a state of transition. I think work was being done. They have a lounge situation where they keep pretzels and checks and things like that all the time and some drinks and then in the evening some hors d’oeuvre but it’s not optimal. The Nice gentleman who puts it all out does a good job. There’s coffee there sometimes it’s all sometimes not. There’s no real place to just go get a cup of coffee as you have to go into the dining room room if you want something. I was told...

“ottimo rapporto-qualità-prezzo, molto cortesi. unico neo: abbiamo dovuto girare un po' prima di trovarlo sulla collina!”

“Hotel con tanti servizi, buona spa. Stanza con ogni confort: molto utile macchina x caffè e bollitore. Purtroppo grande lacuna nel ristorante. Cibo appena sufficiente e personale incompetente. ”

“Very nice hotel affordable and great breakfast service highly recommend.”

“Notte di passaggio, letto scomodo, condizionatore attaccato al letto troppo rumoroso e fastidioso, wifi non funzionante, alla richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff non ha risposto. Non lo consiglio neppure per una notte.”
