“Cozy place for a stop from Sydney to Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the trampoline. Nice short walk to the coast. Saw a big camping area on the way to the coast. Shopping and dining options are limited in this quiet area but still feel very good overall.”

“Staff were hard to find on arrival even with a bell. One staff member sat at a table pretending not to be staff, I know this as I heard her telling the receptionist how she thought it funny!! German Roaches around electric jug. The room is in poor condition however other than the roaches and needing repairs it was clean. Shame because location is excellent. Room 20 23rd of Feb 2026”

“This was a great option for the CBD. It was walkable to eateries and some shops. It is on a major highway/street in and out of town so use the crosswalks and perhaps carry a torch at night. The front desk staff was very nice and the parking areas were sufficient.”

“I had to go to this property late in the evening as the other hotel I booked was a 1 out of 10 The managers got up and opened up for me with great consideration. I am truly thankful for their kindness towards me as I was in a terrible state. The bonus was the room was very clean open and I had a very pleasant stay ”

“Everything was spot on except no air conditioning in the room so won’t be revisiting in the warmer months. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, food downstairs was really good, nice area, close to cafe’s and drinking holes”
