There was a complimentary breakfast included in the ad. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged waffles (with no syrup available), muffins, yogurt, juice, and really disgusting coffee. “The check-in process went smoothly and the room and hotel were clean minus the weird smell in the elevator. The shower sucked!!! I absolutely hated it. I hope they weren’t all like that. The staff was helpful.”

“Could not get temperature set correctly. Fitness room was dirty and not much to offer as well as no water. I got down to breakfast at eight fifteen and there was not a lot as well as not good. Check-in staff was fine. Check out she. Arely acknowledged us. Did not feel safe in area around the hotel, no restaurants were close. I will not stay there again.”

“The hotel smelled HORRIBLE despite air purifiers being everywhere. The pool was cloudy and had bandaids floating in it. The handicap lift for the pool was cracked and falling apart. Upon arrival, there were French fries on the floor. My daughter pulled the sheets back and there were spiders in the bed. The hotel staff was not helpful or very nice. They didn’t want to refund me. I contacted Expedia customer service and they quickly helped me and got my money back.”
