“We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. “We arrived and the desk help was friendly. We went to our room. Went totake a shower and could only get hot water....no cold. Went back to the front desk and they said "oh yeah I forgot about that in that room. They gave us a second room and the door lock would not work. After a third room we thought we were good. Nope shower pressure droped way off half way through. Only a small amount of toilet paper in the room, no facial tissues. Floors were filthy. There was literally no breakfast. Your...

“Motel da incubo!!! Tralasciando il fatto che il motel cade a pezzi…la mia camera puzzava talmente tanto che mi è venuto da vomitare…l’ho fatto presente e hanno semplicemente spruzzato detergente sulla moquette che dopo poco puzzava più di prima di marcio e di muffa. Dal bagno usciva un’odore di cadavere. Inoltre il motel non è per niente sicuro, ci vive una gang che mi ha osservato ad ogni mio gesto e ogni volta che mi muovevo…ho dormito malissimo anche perché la finestra non si chiudeva quindi...
