“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

“This box said to say what I like. I liked leaving. The man that checked me in was friendly. The Bad. My room wasn't properly cleaned. The toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a week, yellow dried on drops around the edges. The sheets were questionable. There was old food in the small refrigerator that I threw out. The wall has some weird holes, maybe leftover from an old ventilation system. The heater wouldn't heat. My room was right at the lobby and they had music...

“There were 5 of us and we had to sleep in 2 full beds. The pool wasn't there anymore - it had been filled in last year. The floor was dirty - it needed a good sweeping. I felt like the staff didn't really care. The power cord to the cable box was gone, but the handyman quickly replaced it. It was loud.”

“Motel da incubo!!! Tralasciando il fatto che il motel cade a pezzi…la mia camera puzzava talmente tanto che mi è venuto da vomitare…l’ho fatto presente e hanno semplicemente spruzzato detergente sulla moquette che dopo poco puzzava più di prima di marcio e di muffa. Dal bagno usciva un’odore di cadavere. Inoltre il motel non è per niente sicuro, ci vive una gang che mi ha osservato ad ogni mio gesto e ogni volta che mi muovevo…ho dormito malissimo anche perché la finestra non si chiudeva quindi...

“The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked).”

“Tv did not work or turn on first night, WiFi also didn’t work. Super dirty floor. Got out of the shower walked from the bathroom to bed sat on bed and feet were black with dirt. Place just seemed super ghetto. Was nothing like the photos and believe it stated there was a hot tub there was not one or any breakfast. All they had was coffee in the front office. False advertisement.”

“Amazing hotel with a big hall, overlooking balconies on trees and inner garden with pool, 5 warm and cozy hot tubes and a small fountain with fishes. Rich breakfast, big room and perfect cleaning. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break. ”
