“The parking was excellent. The staff was great at check-in, and when we asked for a late check out, because I wasn't feeling well, they graciously said that would be fine. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo and we will plan to stay there again!”

“If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!”

Front desk staff was nice , I had a few questions about all of the holds they kept placing on my card everyday of my stay despite charging for the full amount of the hotel stay the first day of check-in before my arrival . “The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.”

“This hotel was gross and very run down. There’s splatters on the walls. Fuzz in the shower and something growing in the vents. The windows open but would not shut all the way. Did NOT feel safe here. So much so we left and went to another hotel!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

“I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing.
