The place was okay for our one weekend stay. The home could use some updates/clean up, but it didn’t bother us too much. The fenced backyard was nice to have. We would consider staying again. I had emailed the property manager with questions prior and did not hear back. Overall, with a few updates it could be a great lil place.

My fiancé and I traveled to Charleston with our dog and this property was perfect! There was a fenced in yard for our dog to run around. The house itself was cozy and clean. It was located in an area that made it easy to get around the whole Charleston area.

We have been coming to Charleston for years to see family and have stayed just about everywhere. We loved this cute, meticulously clean cottage which is in an excellent location! Close to our favorite brewery (Holy City), lots of great restaurants and just blocks from Park Circle which we walked to with our kids and pup to see the most amazing playground we have ever enjoyed. The house itself was perfect for our family of four and we enjoyed playing the board games and the boys and dog loved the fenced in backyard. The kitchen had just what I needed to make my sweet potato casserole (though I brought my own casserole dish they did have one). The hanging lights outside added to the charm of the cottage too. Everything we needed was there but most impressive was the proactive and welcoming communication from the hosts! John checked in (even though it was Thanksgiving!) to ensure we had everything we needed! We loved staying here and will definitely be looking to rent again.

My husband and I had to make a quick, unexpected trip to visit our son in the hospital. It was convenient that we could pack up the two dogs and take them with us as there was a fenced yard. It would be secure for most dogs, but my Jack Russel is an escape artist and managed to get out! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very nice as they held on to my Jack until I could come pick her up. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans, the couch was comfortable.

The pictures are accurate to actual home. The back yard & deck are nice. Our furbabies really enjoyed it. Brand newish washer & dryer that are great as we did use. The kitchen was stocked with what is needed. One thing we didnt bring that would be useful to have is extension cord. We have several devices and what not to charge is why. Beds were really confortable. Good water pressure and bathroom was clean and provided toiletries. Decorations were cute throughout the home. We had to cut our stay early due to hurricane Idalia unfortunately. The owner was in contact before we left and very understanding. He was gracious enough to refund a couple of days. Home is centrally located and close to many things to do. Thank you if we are ever in the area again we would stay again.
