The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. It’s a 3 bedroom plus a pullout couch. One bedroom upstairs had a broken bed frame and the guests in that room had a terrible night sleep due to the mattress collapsing. The bed frame was removed the next day and the mattress was just placed on the ground. The pullout couch had no sheets. We submitted several requests for sheets to be delivered and it took 48 hours for this to be resolved. A guest had to sleep two out of three night stay without sheets. Horrible response time.Additionally, the garbage disposal was jammed and plugging the sink. The water would fill up and take significant time to drain. This request also took a long time to get resolved, once fixed it was fine.Overall, these issues received prompt response via the app, however the response was always “the request is with the local team”. Once in contact with the local team, it seemed they were never made aware of the sheet issue. Horrible communication overall and extremely frustrating to follow-up multiple times on multiple requests.
