We provide a starter supply consisting of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, tea and K-cup pods.

If you would like to freshen the linens / towels during your stay, we kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer in the unit. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

A railroad track runs directly behind the house, so you may experience varying degrees of noise when trains pass through the neighborhood. The trains are limited in their speed and are not allowed to blow their horn in this section of the track. For your convenience, we provide white noise sound machines in each bedroom.

This is a quiet neighborhood -- we have a STRICT NO PARTY policy. Disruptive gatherings and disturbances to the surrounding community with excessive noise is prohibited. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is a $500 penalty fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund. You will also be responsible if the city issues a fine ($1047).

Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee, $150 cleaning fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund.

NO SMOKING allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages (minimum of $1500). Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
