This beautiful townhome offers close access to all that Charleston has to offer. You are just minutes from shopping and restaurants that Tanger Outlet has to offer and just a 10 minute ride into Downtown Charleston. After a day of exploring you can relax on the peaceful back deck over looking the lake.



The Space:

Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.



All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.



The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.



There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent.

Getting Around:

Less than a half mile away from Top Golf, shopping at the Tanger Outlets, and less than a 5 minute ride to the Airport. Attending an comedy or sporting event at the Coliseum? You can practically walk! Right by the interstate so you can easily get to downtown, beaches, or Daniel's Island.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.



Please do not feed the birds!



Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.



Please note that there's an additional $25 cleaning fee for using the jetted tub on the third floor.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.



Local Booking Policy



To maintain the comfort and security of our neighborhood, we require that the primary guest lives at least 40 miles from the property. Bookings from within a 40-mile radius are not accepted without prior written approval from the host.
