•Freshly renovated, free-standing, private 1 story, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 1945 bungalow style house located in hip Park Circle neighborhood, the Historic District in North Charleston with a fenced in back yard and nearby restaurants, breweries & bars! You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves. There are only 4 steps up into the house, no other stairs.
•All children, adults, and pets regardless of age should be accounted for when inquiring/booking
•ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES: INQUIRE FIRST for a quote with breed, weight, & age - please do not Instant Book if you are bringing along your pet.
•All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent.
•Can sleep up to 4 people comfortably (but there is a couch in the living room, bedding provided upon request)
•2 bedrooms
•1 full bathroom (bathtub/shower combo)
•Full use of spacious kitchen and living room
•Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
•Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
•Living Room: Couch (bedding for couch provided if your reservation includes 5 guests)
•Pack & Play Available upon request
•Stacked Washer/Dryer in hall closet
•YouTube TV (primary bedroom and living room)
•Wireless Internet
•Pets are negotiable (a non-refundable fee per pet will be added)
•Food Lion Grocery Store is 2.3 miles away
•Running/walking/biking all around neighborhood and across Riverfront bridge and Park
•14.4 miles to Sullivan's Island Beach
•18.5 miles to Folly Beach
•21 miles to Isle of Palms Beach
•8 miles to downtown Charleston
•2.7 miles to the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts
•4.1 miles to Charleston International Airport

•Please be aware that a copy of your valid photo ID (or driver's license) must submitted via email to me prior to your arrival. Please be prepared to show this photo ID (or driver's license) upon check-in.
•As a courtesy, please allow 24 hours prior to check-in on reservation requests
•Once booked, requests to alter the reservation that reduce the number of nights stayed are treated the same as cancellations as far as refunds.
•If you are uncertain of your dates, it is recommended to either wait until you are certain - OR - purchase trip/travel insurance to cover you where my cancellation policy does not.
•Week and month long rentals are acceptable and are discounted automatically when entering your dates (rental agreement and additional deposit may apply)
