Bedrooms and Baths: Very spacious 2-bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen), 2-bath condo on the 1st floor, perfect for up to 4 guests.
- Modern Living Space: Recently renovated, featuring a main room with a 75-inch smart TV and sofa bed.
- Entertainment and Comfort: Coffee and wine bar, stocked kitchen, and 43-inch TVs in both bedrooms.
- Convenience:Washer and dryer located inside the unit.

- Safe and convenient location close to downtown, beaches, historical sights, shopping, restaurants, and the airport.
Parking:
- One assigned parking space available.
- Please note: Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles with logos, and RVs are not allowed on the premises.
House Rules:
- Quiet Time: Observe quiet hours from 10 PM onwards, both inside and outside.
- No Pets: A $200 per pet fine applies if pets are found in the unit, along with charges for damages and additional cleaning.
- No Parties or Gatherings: Unregistered guests are not allowed on property.

Nice condo with adequate accommodations. Would suggest a mattress topper for king bed(very stiff) and a curtain for the small bedroom at front for privacy.Guest above us were extremely noisy the entire stay.Overall good place and convenient location.

It was minimally furnished and decorated. Carefully consider fees when booking- we stayed two nights and our cleaning fee was more than our nightly charge. There was an additional charge for booking so close to our stay. We also felt unsafe and after checking it on "Crime Spot," we found it was in a high crime area.

Family visit in North Charleston

We have family nearby so we wanted a place to visit and play games. The condo is in a great location, nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and activities. We had plenty of room and nice view of the pond - LOTS of wildlife! Every morning we watched geese, turtles and the gator while enjoying coffee on the patio. The only drawbacks - the patio and living room furniture really need cleaned or replaced, the neighbors upstairs stomping around and even doing laundry at midnight or after and the giant pothole where we had to park.

Clean and Convenient

The property was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and organized. The living room furniture could use a steam cleaning and there could have been more towels and washcloths. Those things are minor, just my opinion. We would definitely stay again.

Appears clean but is not

Beds and bathrooms very clean and kitchen was clean. Found a plate in cupboard that appears to have been covered with dried spaghetti on it. Floor had not been swept and I used the sweeper and got a whol canister of dust and hair . I dropped a pill on the floor and while looking for it under the couch I was shocked at how dirty the area was. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up and the white cloth was black from floor. The bottom of our feet were black before we noted that we couldn’t go barefoot. Two chairs on either side of the fire place were very worn and dirty. The patio in the back should have been cleaned up prior to our visit. Some changes definitely need to be addressed the money that I had to pay the place was not worth it. Also there is a huge hole in the parking lot that after a hard rain it filled with water like a pond which we had to drive thru. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. Also all ceiling air vents were closed and we had to get on a chair to open them. The sliding door is almost impossible to open, very heavy. Should be covers on the patio chairs to keep clean and dry, we could not even sit on them after it rained. Not an Ideal place to stay if you are looking for a clean place.

Didn’t meet my full expectations based on the ad

Advised a pond view, yes there was a pond but the furniture was so dirty you couldn’t seat outside. The sliding door didn’t even have a handle to get outside. It was heavy and definitely a fire hazard if you needed to get out in a rush. The sliding door was also there without a screen. Look like they update the fixtures but not well maintained interior. I have to say that the beds were very comfortable and it was clean inside. My first experience renting an air b and b. I think I would be more careful the next time.

Very comfortable!

I enjoyed my stay, pretty neighborhood, comfortable beds. I slept very well. Everything we needed was there. It was a little noisy at times. That was the only negative. Not at night, but during the day at times.

Excellent

The booking process was easy. The host responded to all message within 30 minutes or less. The condo looked just as the pictures on VRBO. Everything was clean, the pool was was 10 feet away from us. If we ever go back to Charleston I will definitely book this condo again.

Great view of the pond

Condo is in a quiet neighborhood. Met several neighbors, while they were fishing in the pond in the evenings. Everyone was friendly and offered suggestions for dining and things to do in the area. My husband and sons agree that one of the highlights of our trip was seeing the resident alligator sunbathing on the bank across from the condo several mornings during our stay. The sound of the fountain in the pond is also very relaxing in the evenings.

Getaway for rest and relaxation! Aunt and nieces.

The home was nice and clean. The co-host, Anita, was amazing!!! I believe that because of the way the condos are built the noise levels are more susceptible We could hear the neighbors upstairs; but we tolerated it because of the way the condo was built. However, we were up fellowshipping somewhat late into the morning with no music, just listening to the television. We got a knock on the door. The police first asked did we call the police because there was no partying, just three women in their fifties and sixties just spending time together 😊. We were a little upset by that. We were spending time with one of my nieces who had just went through the loss of her mother before going our separate ways. That is why we were up so late. All in all we had a wonderful time. I also would suggest adding an iron and ironing board for guests. Everyone loved the pond and the the view in the back yard.

Just as described plus extras!

This is a great place to stay! The owners thought of everything, including snacks, and paper towels. It’s exactly as it’s described and looks is good in person as it doesn’t the pictures.

North Charleston Vacation

This rental was the perfect choice for our vacation. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. All the rooms were clean & bright. Patio area overlooking the pond was a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather. Full kitchen made it easy to cook and eat in instead of going to a restaurant. Location was only a short drive into downtown Charleston. Our hosts were always available to answer our questions. We definitely would book here again on our next visit.

South Carolina Retreat

Condo is in a nice residential neighborhood. It was a great location for us between Summerville and Charleston. The complex was quiet and condo overlooked the pond. We did not spend much time there during the day. Kitchen and laundry were stocked well and the two bathrooms were nice for the two bedrooms.
