Welcome to Maxwell Street! This conveniently located townhome is just what you need to enjoy your stay in Charleston. This property is just a few minutes from all of the Park Circle restaurants, brand new park, disc golf course, and the airport.

As you enter the home, you`ll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that`s flooded with natural light. The living space wraps around to the dining area that is connected to the fully equipped kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you`ll need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

This 3 bedroom listing shares the property with a small owner apartment in the garage.

Parking: Large driveway space available for your stay and the apartment onsite. Off Street parking on the painted right side of the driveway for at least 2 vehicles.
Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

Note: City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

The hosting of events, such as weddings, parties, or similar gatherings is prohibited.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Family Spring Break

Clean, comfortable, property in a great centralized location. Plenty of space for us and our adult sized children. The beds were extremely comfortable. Amenities were great. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. We will definitely try to rent this property again if it's available.

Great little stop-over

Great place for a couple of nights stopping over from FL to VA. Traveling with 2 Pointers who loved the nice fenced in back yard. Great local parks and restaurants, easy drive to downtown Charleston. Would definitely stay again!
