Summary:
The Jade is a spacious and stylish 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom home located in popular Park Circle. The home features an open floor plan with a grand living room (seating for 10+), chef's kitchen and dining room which are perfect for entertaining large groups. The first floor of the home includes 3 bedrooms: a master + ensuite bathroom, two guest rooms and laundry closet. The second floor showcases a loft style guest room with a WFH area and an additional bathroom.

The Space:
The Jade is outfitted with brand new stainless steel appliances and Smart TVs in every room-- log into your preferred streaming service and binge your favorite shows. Enjoy relaxing on the screened-in porch in the beautiful Charleston, SC weather.

This is a great home with a great location. Had our family and plenty of room. Great little strip of shops and food only a few minutes away with several restaurants. The Odd Duck has a great breakfast & lunch and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for family events

We were here for our son‘s wedding. All of my siblings stayed at the house. It was wonderful. We hosted cook outs many nights, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of knives, forks, dishes, glasses for a large group. We gathered Sunday night to watch the Lions lose, and the couches and chairs were comfortable and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better week. Thank you.

Family Vacation

We had a question upon check-in and property manager was very prompt and courteous in their response. Loved the touch of providing washing detergent, dishwasher detergent, and dish detergent. The beds were incredibly comfortable...would love to know what brand/type the mattresses were!

Spacious and comfortable

We had a group of 8 family members stay here. We loved the large sectional so we could all relax together. Host graciously provided 2 folding chairs so we could seat 8 at the dining room table. Communication with host was easy through the VRBO app.
