I did not know this was an extended stay hotel and the pictures are a tad bit misleading but my overall experience was actually very nice. Got some really good rest and the front desk was very nice

Great Stay!! Check in was smoothe and people were friendly upon arriving. It was extremely welcoming!!! The rooms were thoroughly cleaned up and down! Beds the most important part, we’re comfy and the pillows full and fluffy! I’ll be staying again the next time I’m through! Best stay in South Carolina!!!

All of the staff that I spoke to was very respectful and professional but the room was horrible. My son made a mistake by turning off the bathroom light. Once he did that, the roaches was going crazy. A few times the roaches got in the bed with us. I did inform staff and they offered unscented spray although I know the room was already heavily sprayed before arrival. There was a strong scent of bug spray in the room. We couldn’t put our belongings down without the roaches trying to get into them. A few times the roaches tried to get in my ear while I tried to sleep. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 40 years of living.
