“We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!”

“Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area”

“We booked a single bedroom suite and they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite for free. It was very spacious and had all the amenities including a kitchen and living room. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff are super friendly. Great experience overall!”

“Location is nice I just wish they would beautify the area . The view is of the old mall and the balcony doesn’t open . My room was 63 degrees all night and I was freezing . You can not turn the heat on and fix the issue either cause it’s a boiler system . “Not the greatest neighborhood, but the bed was clean and comfortable, however the floor was filthy (as my husband had white socks on and they were black). A lot of humidity in the room and it seemed damp. Went down once to ask a question to the person working the front desk - nowhere to be found. Also asked later about pizza places - he mentioned Domino's(?) but we found a Pies & Pints a few blocks away (which was really good!) Picked this place because it was close to 77 and it had...

“Room was well cleaned and the breakfast was well stocked. The night front desk staff was not so helpful and wasn't paying much attention when doing the check-in process.”

“We chose this hotel because it had 2 treadmills. We arrived and 1 was broken. No one knew why or any idea when it would be fixed. More importantly no one cared. Had to spend extra money at planet fitness. Nobody cared.”
