The Space:

Access to beaches, a quintessential New England downtown, and a gorgeous home with endless amenities to enjoy all vacation long are waiting for you in Chatham, Cape Cod! The spacious open living area provides tons of space for 8 guests, plus, the dining area and kitchen, located adjacent, have modern appliances to assist in preparing your vacation meals together. An additional three-season sunroom with seating is an amazing place to enjoy your morning coffee, or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. Step out the sliding doors from the sunroom and fire up the gas grill, and stretch your legs in the large private backyard. Soak in the hot tub or curl up on the outdoor sectional, tucked away in your own private oasis.



Back inside, the primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom; like the rest of the home, it’s decorated with beautiful contemporary beach decor. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, and nearby to both bedrooms is another full bathroom. In the finished basement, you'll find a game room with a queen bed, as well as easy access to the outdoor entertainment space.



Take a 1 minute drive where you’ll have walking access to all the shops, restaurants, or even cool off at Oyster Pond Beach nearby. Get there fast and then take it slow, that's where you wanna go, way down on… Cape Cod! Don’t hesitate to stay at this wonderful gem of a home, where your Chatham memories will last a lifetime.

Spacious rental

We had a very relaxing week at this home. It was an open concept design. Great for family. Extremely clean. It rained, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors. Worth every penny.

Great spaces, A couple criticisms

All was wonderful with two big frustrations. First, there is a smell in the house that was still on my clothes a week later. I don't know if it was a musty basement or what but it was unpleasant. Second, no cable. We are not real tech savvy, so it took us a few days to remember we could hook our computer to the TV and stream local TV via our cable service at home. We should be able to watch local TV channels without so much hassle.

Spectacular property

The pictures on line don’t do this property justice. It became clear shortly after walking in that it had been extensively remodeled in the last year or two. White kitchen cabinets and light walls and great hardwood floors gave it a bright modern look. Our dog loved the beautifully grassed yard It’s location in Chatham is near all the attractions of Cape Cod. Highly recommended.
