“Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.”

“Too cold for pool Ask for a couple extra pillows, never got them. Breakfast restaurant was cold, not enough staff to serve, and not enough options on menu, so we left and went somewhere else.”

“We had stayed here a few years back. This trip we noticed the property is more dated. The shower had visible cracks and breaking down. Furniture is worn. They put plug in air fresheners in the hallways. Will likely not stay here again. Reminds me of the hotels that have been converted to temporary housing for the unhoused. ”

“Updated rooms and hallways. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I like that it’s kind of tucked away in a real neighborhood, 100 yards from a Safeway and on a pretty walking path along the river. I’ve never felt unsafe arriving late. ”

“All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. ”

“It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. “Excellent for the price. Room and the bathroom was clean. Loved the stay!”

“Sadly this property is dated, tired, and in need of an overhaul. The floor was uneven, sliding door to the balcony didn’t , tv service was down, and the room smelled of mildew. That is just a sample. Staff were nice enough and location is great. No area in the bathroom (pedestal sink) to put my makeup and skincare. I do not recommend.”

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”
